Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most courses on Medsarva Education are offered free of charge. No payment is collected for free courses, so no refund is applicable to them.

For courses with a listed price, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content (measured by lessons marked complete). This window allows you to evaluate whether a course meets your needs before committing further.

Refunds will not be issued where:

• The refund request is made more than 7 days after enrollment.
• More than 20% of the course content has been completed.
• A certificate has already been issued for the course.
• The account has been suspended for a Terms & Conditions violation.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.

Email help@medsarvaedu.in with your registered email address and the course name. We may ask for additional information to verify eligibility under Section 2.

Please provide only the information reasonably necessary to identify your account, enrollment, and relevant transaction. Information submitted in connection with a refund request will be handled in accordance with the Medsarva Education Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to processing times of the relevant payment provider or bank.

If we discontinue a paid course before you've been able to complete it, you will receive a full refund for that course, regardless of how much content you've completed.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Medsarva Education and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India.

Depending on the nature of the service, transaction, and processing activity involved, the applicable legal and regulatory framework may include:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: together with applicable rules, regulations, notifications, and directions issued thereunder.
• Information Technology Act, 2000: together with applicable rules and regulations made thereunder.
• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020: as amended or supplemented from time to time, where applicable to the nature of the services and transactions offered through the Platform.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory right or remedy available to a consumer or any other person under applicable Indian law.

The applicability and commencement of particular provisions of the above laws may depend on the nature of the transaction, service, processing activity, and the relevant commencement notification or rules in force at the applicable time.

Where you contact Medsarva Education for a refund or cancellation, we may process information necessary to verify your identity, enrollment, payment, refund eligibility, and communication history relating to the request.

Such information will be processed and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. We will not ask you to provide unnecessary sensitive information merely to submit a refund request.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes apply to enrollments made after the "Last updated" date above; enrollments made before that date remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of enrollment, subject to any mandatory requirements of applicable law.
